You should arrive at the venue 10 minutes prior to your session time. Please DO NOT enter the reception area. The receptionist greeter will meet you outside and when appropriate will let you into the facility.

Session times are varied. The two early morning sessions are 60 minutes long, our family fun sessions are 75 minutes long and our cold-water sessions are 45 minutes long.
