Mae’n adeg honno'r flwyddyn, pan fydd Lido Cenedlaethol Cymru'n agor ei ddrysau ar gyfer y Sesiwn Nofio Gŵyl San Steffan, wedi cyrraedd eto.
Cofiwch reolau'r pwll:
Rhaid i blant 4 oed ac yn iâu fod yng nghwmni oedolyn ar bob adeg pan fyddan nhw yn y dŵr. Rhaid i un plentyn fod yng nghwmni un oedolyn, a rhaid bod y plentyn o fewn cyrraedd hyd braich yr oedolyn.
Rhaid i blant rhwng 5 a 7 oed, a phawb sydd heb sgiliau nofio, fod yng nghwmni oedolyn ar bob adeg. Dim mwy na 2 blentyn yng nghwmni oedolyn.
Caiff plant 8 oed ac yn hŷn ddefnyddio'r pwll heb gwmni oedolyn, ond dylai unrhyw blentyn sydd ddim yn hyderus wrth nofio gael ei oruchwylio yn y dŵr beth bynnag ei oed.
Os nad ydych chi'n dilyn y rheolau yma, efallai cewch chi eich gwahardd o'r cyfleusterau.
It’s that time of the year again when the National Lido of Wales opens its doors for the annual Boxing Day Swim.
Please remember the pool ratios are as follows:
Children aged 4 years and under, must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times, on a one-to-one basis and be within arm’s reach of the child.
Children aged 5-7 years old, and all non-swimmers must be accompanied in the water by an adult at all times, on a maximum of 2 children to one adult basis.
Children aged 8+ years are able to use the pool unaccompanied however, any child who is not a confident swimmer must be supervised in the water regardless of age.
Failure to adhere to the adult to child ratios will lead to exclusion from the facility.
